Dear Ukranian neighbour!
From today all Budapest History Museum institutions are free of charge for refugees who have Ukrainian passports or other documents proving their refugee status.

Due to a private event held in the Baroque Hall of the BHM Castle Museum, the exhibition "Destination: Hope. The International Children’s Train Action in the Interwar Period" can be entered through a temporary entrance from 2:00 pm today, on 12 January.
Our museums - the Aquincum Museum, the Budapest Gallery, the Kiscell Museum and the Castle Museum - as well as our exhibition venues welcome visitors at different times during the holidays.
The Archaeological Archives are holding a winter break from 13 December 2021 until 7 January 2022.
Free entry for Budapest residents and for those who were born today!
From 2 November 2021, winter opening hours and ticket prices apply at the Aquincum Museum. Due to renovation and maintenance works, between 17 January 2022 and (foreseeably) 15 February 2022, the BHM Aquincum Museum and Archaeological Park will be closed to visitors.
