Summer legionary camp for children aged 11-14 at the Aquincum Museum.

Come, join the legions! If you want to know what made the Roman legions the strongest army in the ancient world, register for the Aquincum Museum’s legionary camp!

Participants can find out about the daily life, training and weapons of Roman soldiers. They can learn several skills of the fearsome warriors of antiquity and try the life of the legionaries. The camp includes a guided tour in the museum, and arts and crafts workshop and legionary training.
