The Aquincum Museum offers a summer camp for children interested in history, archaeology and ancient art.

We invite to our camp all children (aged 8-11), who want to explore the everyday lives of the ancient Civil Town’s residents, find out how ancient craftsmen worked and what they produced, and take part in a Roman banquet wearing the Roman clothes that they themselves made. Camp participants can also discover how artefacts are unearthed and also try out what’s it like to be an archaeologist.

Date: 5-9 July 2021 from 10am to 4pm every day
Place: Aquincum Museum (1031 Budapest, Szentendrei út 135.)
Participation fee: 29,000 Ft
